Taking a Bullet is a retrospective of Joe Sola’s artwork in support of his exhibition of the same name at Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions. Inspired by action-adventure movie posters, yet clean and crisp throughout, the design of Joe Sola's book needed to play along with the elements of danger and "dude"-ness often present in his videos, installations and drawings. |
